With a focus on driving innovation and educating one billion learners over the next 10 years, MIT Open Learning is the home to free and open educational offerings, such as MIT OpenCourseWare, and professional development opportunities from the Institute. All of these offerings come together on MIT Learn, a hub for the Institute’s growing collection of learning experiences that are designed to help learners build new skills, personalize their learning journeys with the AskTIM AI assistant, explore emerging technologies, and advance their careers.
Massachusetts Open & Low-Cost Educational Resources Advisory Council (OLERAC)
The Massachusetts Open and Low-Cost Educational Resources Advisory Council (OLERAC) is a dedicated body of professionals committed to providing informed guidance and expert insights to the Commissioner of Higher Education that enhance the objectives and mission of the OLER initiative. Comprised of diverse members from various fields, the Council aims to foster collaboration, share best practices, and drive innovation within the community, at their institution, and across the Commonwealth’s public higher education system.
Through regular meetings and constructive discussions, the OLER Advisory Council plays a pivotal role in influencing policies, developing programs, evaluating key performance indicators, and ensuring that OLER’s mission aligns with stakeholders’ evolving needs. Together, OLERAC strives to make meaningful contributions that promote excellence and progress that benefit our faculty and students.
Open Education Global

Open Education Global is a worldwide community-focused organisation that seeks to transform education systems everywhere by stewarding a movement toward openness in all aspects of education.
OEGlobal is a nonprofit that provides space through events, networks, and platforms to build a global open community of support and practice. Together with our passionate membership, which comprises 481+ institutions and advocates, and our vibrant community, we foster opportunities to co-create and share resources that encourage open solutions to education challenges worldwide.
