If you are presenting at OEGlobal26
Your session is a conversation that can start before you even arrive at OEGlobal and carry on long after the conference has finished. Here are a few simple tips to help your session get some visibility.:
- Check your OEGlobal26 session on Sched. Log into the platform, and make sure your title, abstract and co-presenters are correct. Presenters can upload slides and add links.
- Create your presentation using the slide template from the Visuals Kit. Be sure to put your contact details, session hashtag, or OEGlobal Connect link on your final slide.
- Start a topic for your session in Session Conversations on OEGlobal Connect. Share slides, resources and a question you’d like people to think about. Online attendees will find you there.
- Pitch your session in Start Scouting the Program! There are 153 different sessions – tell people why they should come to yours.
- Read the Presenters’ Guide for room tech, timings and hybrid set-up.
- Tell everyone on social media! Share your presenter badge using one of the suggested posts below.
Sharing from the conference: a few gentle requests
If you are attending OEGlobal26 in person and are posting about the conference online, please consider these few courtesies:
- Please ask before you post photos of people online. Some attendees prefer not to be photographed.
- Credit speakers by name when you share their ideas (tag them for the win!).
