OEGlobal and Co-Host Registration
OEGlobal Members, OLERAC members (public colleges and universities in Massachusetts), and MIT members can register at special rates using a coupon code.

Satellite Event Registration*
Satellite event hosts can register their event with OEGlobal 2026 and will be listed on the conference website. These events are community-led gatherings designed to reflect local contexts, languages, and priorities.
Examples may include:
- Regional meetups hosted by OEGlobal member institutions
- Local gatherings aligned with the conference themes
- Watch parties for keynotes or featured sessions
- Multilingual discussion circles engaging with online sessions

Letter of Invitation
International attendees should check visa requirements for travel to the United States well in advance of travel.
We anticipate that most attendees will be able to travel to Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States without a visa if they are traveling from a Visa Waiver Country or Canada, and thus will not require a letter of invitation.
If you require a letter to obtain a B-1 or B-2 Visa, please compile the following information and request an OEGlobal 2026 Letter of Invitation:
- Your full name as it appears in your passport
- Your title (e.g., Professor)
- Your organization
- Your full mailing address
- Your expected arrival and departure dates
- Target date for receipt of the letter
We anticipate providing letters of invitation for speakers after acceptances are announced in May 2026.
Policies
Registration Fees are paid in US Dollars. Please be aware of the exchange rate with your currency at the time of payment. Use converters such as OANDA, Xe to estimate the conversion rate to your local currency.
The registration fee includes access to the conference venue, conference sessions and materials, breaks, and lunch on conference days. It includes access to the official social events.
Cancellation policy: Full refund (minus administration fees) if cancelled on or before Sep 6, 2026.
Speakers: All speakers are expected to register for OEGlobal 2026.
Code of Conduct: Registration requires you to accept the conference’s Code of Conduct.
