OEGlobal 2026 is excited to add a new aspect to the conference for 2026 – OEGlobal26 Satellite Events. This is a direct response to requests from the community where Satellite Event hosts register a specifically hosted local community event with OEGlobal 2026. These events are community-led gatherings that bring together Open Educators who cannot make it to the in-person conference. They are designed to reflect local contexts, languages, and priorities.

If you cannot make it to Cambridge, but can get to Vancouver, ISKME in collaboration with BCcampus and ISKME Canada are hosting an official OEGlobal 2026 Satellite Event in Vancouver, British Columbia. Join inthe 3-day event to network, share and experience OEGlobal with other local open education advocates. Be with local attendees each morning to watch a selection of sessions live from the MIT Samberg Centre in Cambridge, MA.
