Carmel led the Digital Dexterity program for the Council of Australian University Librarians (CAUL), resulting in a Digital Dexterity Framework, and a network of Digital Dexterity Champions which remains an active community. She is the current Chair of CAUL as well as program lead for CAUL\u2019s \u201cFrom Decolonisation to Indigenisation\u201d strategic program.
