Program Co-Chair 

Dawn Witherspoon is the Manager of Curriculum Development at NorQuest College. In line with our strategic plan “We are Who We Include”, and in our work to reduce barriers faced by learners in the post-secondary landscape, NorQuest has aspirations to become a “Zcred” institution by 2030.  Our Q of ‘start small and think big’ was an inspiration for us working towards hosting this conference, has landed our community college as the host institution of OEGlobal 2023. Dawn is leading the Curriculum Development team and faculties to create and adapt open education resources, as well as explore open pedagogy as an inclusive approach to learning. Dawn is an avid a capella singer, and leads the NorQuest Community Choir, which is open to all NorQuesters.
