Please note that this registration is for the online portion of the conference only. The online portion of the conference is scheduled from 27 Sep until 1 Oct 2021.

The In-person Congress will now take place from May 23-25, 2022. A separate registration call will be sent out for the in-person congress in Nantes in late 2021/early 2022.

Before you purchase your ticket(s), please note the following:

• Payment is required by credit card. If you are unable to pay with a credit card, please contact us at billing@oeglobal.org for further assistance.
• Please note that unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations.
• Details for each participant (name, salutation/title, organization, email, country/region) are required as part of the registration process. If you are registering and buying tickets for more than one participant, please ensure that you have all of the required information for each participant.
• To ensure that OEG is genuinely open to all, vouchers are being provided to some participants.
• You will be able to customize your billing details during checkout and will automatically receive a PDF invoice with your order. If you have questions or special needs regarding the invoice, please send your request to billing@oeglobal.org.

To ensure that OEG is genuinely open to all, we have deliberately kept registration fees as low as possible. However, we recognize that the registration fee might still preclude some from attending. If this applies to you, please fill out this form and we will get back to you.
