We have conducted recently an explorative study using an intention-behaviour framework. Two MOOCs have been used to collect data related to intentions, behaviour, implementation intentions and barriers. For both MOOCs a correlation analysis between (self-reported) intentions and behaviour has been conducted. Furthermore, a regression analysis has been conducted to explain the factors influencing the intention behaviour gap. The presentation will introduce a new measurement model for MOOCs and will present results of the exploratory data analysis.
