An open school by definition uses unconventional teaching methodologies and ICTs to organize and implement learning. Several ICT tools and applications exist that could make the vision of an open school realized. One of such is Google Suite (G Suite) a fusion of apps that can fulfill various requirements of a school/instructional activity and at minimal cost. Using G Suite starts with owning a gmail account, which is free for use by anyone. Every application in the package can be accessed through the single account. The cost of setup is basically the cost of Internet access which is the only backdrop for poor communities who forms one of the basic targets of open schools. This presentation shows how most instructional activity can be implemented on G Suite. The integration that exists in the myriads of application and a single sign-on makes it seamless to use. Google Apps for Education is a dedicated learning mix from G Suite applications. Usage and getting free accounts will be explained. While Google Apps for Education could make establishing open schools better, basically fusing the applications together will almost achieve the same aim. A sample case of an open school use of G Suite is described.
