At present there exist no application including accessibility revisions for MOOCs (Massive Open Online Course), neither in the context of the MOOCs provision institutions nor from the point of view of any OER (Open Educational Resource) initiative. The designed portal will offer the possibility for any disabled user to freely judge the accessibility of a certain course and advise about the missing needs. This can be of great value for the future development of MOOC platforms, courses and the educational resources. The development of this tool will allow to obtain valuable information directly from the user’s themselves to improve the educational quality and accessibility of these learning environments.
