This is a proposal for a poster presentation:
When discussing OER, a distincion can be made between the practice of ‘outside in’, which is the use of OER in education practice, and ‘inside out’, sharing institutional learning objects under an open license. In the poster, I will present a third alternative as between step to motivate lecturers towards both options, the so called ‘inside-in option’. This option expresses the concept of sharing learning objects over the different faculties of the university, but within the campus network.
